The objectives of the Society are:

To foster social relations amongst Scottish people, their families and anyone interested in Scotland and Scottish culture in Abu Dhabi
To foster Scottish cultural activities and institutions
To arrange for the appropriate celebration of the Scottish anniversaries - to wit the Committee will organise a Burns Supper, a Chieftain's Ceilidh/Ball and a St Andrew's Ball each year
To support both local and Scottish charities actively when funds are available
